Ashley T. Koman, Intern
Ashley is part-time intern and full-time law student at Boston College.
At Canner, Ashley assists in drafting sales-related documents, reviewing and summarizing condominium purchase documents, and various other projects. This is her first time gaining substantial real estate law experience and she looks forward to learning more!
At Boston College Law School, Ashley is the President of the Jewish Law Student Association and the Vice President of the Trusts, Estates, and Family Law Association. She is interested in a future practice in estate planning, and gears her coursework towards that interest.
Ashley received her B.A. in History and Sociology from Bates College in 2022. While at Bates, Ashley had the pleasure of interning with the Honorable Judge John B. Beliveau at the Lewiston District Court. Between undergrad and law school, Ashley worked as a toxic tort litigation paralegal in Boston.
When not working or studying, Ashley enjoys knitting, needlepoint, road cycling, rock climbing, skiing, hiking, and playing various instruments. Every week, she looks forward to teaching religious school on weekend mornings, which usually includes a visit with her mother and her dog afterwards.
